Paste ground truth or use the server-configured gold transcript when available. WER uses the same Transcript Rulebook-style normalization as ingest on both reference and hypothesis (case and punctuation do not affect scores). If the optional transcript-normalization package is installed on the API, that implementation is used instead of the built-in copy.
